A Kundli (also called a birth chart or natal chart) is a map of the sky at the exact moment of your birth. It shows the positions of planets and zodiac signs across 12 houses of life — each representing areas like career, love, health, and finances. Our astrologers analyse this chart and deliver personalised insights tailored to you.

Our reports are prepared using Vedic astrology principles based on your birth details (date, time, and place of birth). The more accurate your birth information, the more personalised and relevant your report will be. All reports are delivered within 24 hours of payment.

You can still order a report without the exact birth time — simply leave it blank. We will prepare your report using your available birth details. Without an exact birth time, some sections like Ascendant and house-based predictions will be based on your date and place alone. However, for the most precise readings, an exact birth time is ideal.

• Detailed Life Report — ₹599: In-depth analysis of all 12 houses - career, love, health and finance guidance.
• Annual Forecast — ₹499: Month-by-month guidance and insights for the year ahead based on your chart.

All reports are currently delivered in English. We plan to offer Telugu and Hindi reports soon.

We accept all major payment methods via Instamojo: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Credit cards, Debit cards, Net banking, and Wallets. All transactions are 100% secure and encrypted.

Absolutely. Payments are processed by Razorpay, one of India's most trusted payment gateways. We never store your card details on our servers. Your personal birth data is only used to prepare your report and is never shared with third parties.

If your payment was deducted but you didn't receive a confirmation email, please contact us immediately at support@astrogenie.in or call with your payment ID from Instamojo/your bank. We will verify and confirm your order manually.

Currently all reports require full payment at the time of ordering. We do not offer installment payment options.

Most reports are delivered within 24 hours of confirmed payment. Premium reports (with astrologer chat) are delivered within 12 hours. In rare cases of high demand, delivery may take up to 48 hours.

Your report is delivered as a PDF to the email address you provide at the time of ordering. Please check your spam/junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox.

Please email us at support@astrogenie.in with your Order Reference number (e.g. AG1A2B3C4D) and the email address used. We will resend your report immediately.

We only deliver reports digitally via email at this time. You are welcome to print the PDF report yourself.

Refunds are available if your report was not delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment, or if there was a technical payment failure. Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect birth details, or dissatisfaction with predictions. See our full Refund Policy.

Cancellations are not possible once an order is placed, as report preparation begins immediately. If you notice an error in your birth details before the report is delivered, contact us right away at support@astrogenie.in.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.

Vedic astrology (Jyotish) uses the sidereal zodiac based on actual star positions, whereas Western astrology uses the tropical zodiac based on the seasons. Vedic astrology also emphasises the Moon sign and the Ascendant more heavily, and uses a sophisticated Dasha (planetary period) system to time events.
