AstroGenie sells personalised digital astrology reports. Each report is individually prepared by our astrologers based on your specific birth data — it is a unique digital product created exclusively for you and cannot be reused or resold.

2. Refund Eligibility

3. How to Request a Refund

Email support@astrogenie.in within 48 hours of payment with:

• Your Order Reference number (e.g. AG1A2B3C4D)
• Your Razorpay Payment ID
• The email address used for the order
• Reason for your refund request

4. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank.

5. Cancellation Policy

Since report preparation begins immediately after payment confirmation, cancellations are not possible once an order is placed. Please verify your birth details carefully before completing payment. If you notice an error before the report is delivered, contact us immediately at support@astrogenie.in and we will try our best to accommodate a correction.
