Welcome to AstroGenie. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the astrogenie.in website (the "Service") operated by AstroGenie ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use AstroGenie. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Our Service

AstroGenie provides personalized astrological readings based on the Vedic astrology tradition. Upon successful payment, we generate a written 3-year life prediction based on the birth details you provide. The reading is delivered digitally through our website.

3. Nature of the Service

Astrology is an ancient tradition that offers a perspective on life's patterns. Our readings are thoughtful interpretations, not scientific predictions. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, event, or result. Every individual has free will and personal responsibility for the decisions they make.

4. Your Account and Information

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful birth details
• Not impersonate any other person
• Not use the Service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Keep your reading link private (it is how you access your reading)

If you provide inaccurate details, the reading may not reflect your actual birth chart, and we cannot be held responsible for its relevance or accuracy.

5. Payment & Pricing

The current price for a 3-year life prediction is ₹99 (Indian Rupees). Prices may change from time to time; the price displayed at the moment of purchase is the final price you pay.

All payments are processed by Instamojo, a secure third-party payment gateway. By completing a payment, you also agree to Instamojo's terms of service.

6. Delivery

Readings are generated and delivered digitally, typically within 60 seconds of successful payment. The reading is displayed on your screen and can be accessed again via the unique session link. No physical product is shipped.

7. Refunds

Because readings are uniquely generated for each customer at the moment of purchase and delivered instantly, we generally do not offer refunds. Please see our Refund Policy for specific exceptions (such as technical failures where a reading is paid for but not delivered).

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of AstroGenie and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a personal, non-transferable license to use your own reading. You may not:

• Copy, resell, or redistribute AstroGenie content for commercial purposes
• Modify the Service or reverse-engineer its components
• Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
• Submit false or malicious information
• Harass, abuse, or harm anyone through the Service (including our support team)

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components.

While we strive to deliver meaningful, thoughtful readings rooted in Vedic tradition, we make no representations about the future accuracy of any prediction. You alone are responsible for decisions you make based on your reading.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AstroGenie shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability, for any claim, shall not exceed the amount you paid to AstroGenie in the preceding 12 months.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless AstroGenie, its affiliates, and its team from any claim or demand — including reasonable attorneys' fees — made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

14. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
