AstroGenie believes in treating every seeker with fairness and respect. This policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be granted for our digital astrology reading service.
AstroGenie provides digital, personalized astrology readings that are:
We will issue a full refund in the following situations:
If you were charged but your reading was not generated or delivered due to a technical issue on our end — and we are unable to resolve the issue within 48 hours — you are entitled to a full refund.
If you were accidentally charged more than once for the same reading, we will refund the duplicate charge(s) within 5–7 business days of verification.
If you can provide evidence that a payment was made without your authorization (e.g., fraudulent use of your card or UPI), we will cooperate with your bank and Instamojo to resolve the matter. Report unauthorized transactions within 7 days for fastest resolution.
We cannot issue refunds in the following cases:

Because readings are generated instantly upon successful payment, there is no "pending" period during which an order can be cancelled. Once the payment is successful, the reading is generated immediately.
If you decide not to proceed before completing payment at Instamojo, simply close the checkout window — no charge will be made.
We encourage customers to contact us at support@astrogenie.in before initiating a chargeback with their bank. We aim to resolve all issues amicably and quickly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of future service.
