How your reading reaches you — instantly, digitally, securely.

1. Digital Service Only

AstroGenie offers a fully digital service. We do not ship any physical products. Your astrology reading is delivered electronically through our website.

No physical item is shipped. There are no shipping charges. There is no courier, post, or physical delivery involved.

2. How Your Reading Is Delivered

Once your payment is successfully processed through Instamojo:

  1. You are redirected back to our website automatically
  2. A brief loading screen is shown while your personalized reading is generated
  3. Your complete 3-year reading is displayed on your screen
  4. The same reading remains accessible via your unique session link

3. Delivery Time

Typical delivery time: 30 to 60 seconds after successful payment.

In rare cases (due to high server load or network issues), it may take up to 2–3 minutes for your reading to be generated. The loading screen will keep you updated throughout the process.

If your reading does not appear within 5 minutes of a successful payment, please email support@astrogenie.in with your payment confirmation. We will generate and deliver your reading manually within 24 hours.

4. Saving and Re-accessing Your Reading

Your reading is stored securely on our servers and is accessible via the unique link shown on the results page. We recommend:

  • Bookmark the link — save it to your browser for easy access
  • Save as PDF — use the "Save as PDF" button on the result page to download a copy
  • Share carefully — anyone with your link can view your reading, so keep it private

5. Email Delivery (Optional)

If you provided an email address during the reading request, we may also send you a copy of the link via email for your convenience. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder. Email delivery is optional and not a substitute for the on-screen delivery.

6. Geographic Availability

Our digital service is available worldwide, with a primary focus on India. Readings are currently available in: English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, Marathi, Bengali, Gujarati, Malayalam, and Punjabi.

7. Delivery Failures

If you experience any issue with delivery (reading not appearing, payment made but no redirect, error messages, etc.):

  • Do not close the tab — the reading often finishes generating within 2–3 minutes
  • If it has been more than 5 minutes, email support@astrogenie.in
  • Include: your name, payment date, and transaction ID (from Instamojo)
  • We will resolve the issue within 24 hours — either delivering your reading or, if we cannot, issuing a full refund

8. No Shipping Charges

Because AstroGenie is a digital service, no shipping or handling charges apply. The price you see at checkout (₹99) is the final amount — no hidden fees, no surprises.
