Refund and Cancellation Policy

Each report is prepared for you from your own birth details, so we cannot take back a report once it has been delivered. We do want every order to be right, so:

Full refund

• If your report is not delivered within 24 hours of payment.
• If you were charged more than once for the same order.
• If a technical fault on our side means the report cannot be prepared.

Free correction

If you entered a birth detail wrongly (for example, the wrong time or place), write to support@astrogenie.in within 7 days of your order with the correct details and your order number. We will prepare the report again once, at no cost.

Cancellation

You can cancel any time before payment. Once payment is confirmed, preparation starts straight away, so orders cannot be cancelled after payment except under the cases above.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay within 5 to 7 working days.
