Questions about this report

How is my report prepared?

We calculate your birth chart from your date, time and place of birth: planet positions, ascendant (lagna), Moon sign, nakshatra, Vimshottari dashas and the major transits. Your report is written from those placements and laid out as a PDF with your charts and tables.

How long does delivery take?

Usually a few minutes after payment. You can watch progress on your order page, and the PDF is emailed to you as soon as it is ready. If anything delays it, we will email you within 24 hours.

What if I don't know my exact birth time?

Tick "I don't know my exact time". We will cast the chart for noon and work from your Moon sign and nakshatra, which do not depend much on the time. Sections that need the ascendant are left out, and the report says so.

Which languages can I choose?

English, Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada and Marathi. The whole report, including chart labels, is prepared in the language you pick.

Which ayanamsa and dasha system do you use?

The Lahiri (Chitrapaksha) ayanamsa and the Vimshottari dasha system, the most widely used in India. Houses are whole-sign houses counted from the lagna.
